Fix My Brew provides independent Saeco espresso machine repair for residential customers in Vancouver and Metro Vancouver. We diagnose selected Saeco automatic espresso machines, including common brew group, grinder, water-flow, steam and heating problems.

How Saeco service works

Use the repair request form on this page. Saeco is preselected in the brand field. Add your model, describe the problem and provide your contact details. A $100 promotional diagnostic deposit applies and is credited toward approved repair work.

If the expected repair total exceeds $300, we request approval before continuing. Pickup and delivery can also be arranged within Metro Vancouver at the customer’s expense.

Parts, maintenance and warranty

Depending on the diagnosis, service can include cleaning, brew group work, grinder service, valves, seals, pumps, heating components and other mechanical or electrical repairs. Completed repair work includes a 90-day service warranty from pickup, subject to the repair warranty terms and the original repaired issue.
