How Gaggia service works

Use the repair request form on this page. Gaggia is preselected in the brand field. Add your exact model, describe the problem and enter your contact information. A $100 promotional diagnostic deposit applies and is credited toward approved repair work.

If the expected repair total exceeds $300, we request approval before continuing. Pickup and delivery can be arranged within Metro Vancouver at the customer’s expense.

Parts and maintenance

Depending on the diagnosis, service can include cleaning, component replacement, seals, valves, pumps, heating components, brew group work and troubleshooting of electrical or mechanical faults.

90-day service warranty

Completed repair work includes a 90-day service warranty from pickup, subject to the repair warranty terms and the original repaired issue.
