Fix My Brew provides independent residential espresso machine repair in Vancouver and Metro Vancouver. We diagnose and repair home espresso machines from De’Longhi, Gaggia, Philips and Saeco, with service by appointment from our private Vancouver workshop.

How the repair process works

  1. Tell us about the machine. Use the repair request form on this page with the brand, model, problem and your contact information.
  2. Diagnosis. A $100 promotional diagnostic deposit applies and is credited toward approved repair work.
  3. Repair and approval. If the expected total repair cost exceeds $300, we request approval before proceeding.
  4. Pickup. Drop-off and pickup are by appointment only. Local pickup and delivery can also be arranged within Metro Vancouver at the customer’s expense.

90-day service warranty

Completed repair work includes a 90-day service warranty from the date the machine is picked up, subject to the repair warranty terms and the original repaired issue.
