Repair service terms

• Service is available by appointment only.
• A $120 CAD diagnostic deposit is required to begin the repair process.
• The diagnostic deposit is applied to the final repair total.
• If the total is $300 CAD or less, the repair proceeds without additional approval.
• If the expected total exceeds $300 CAD, Fix My Brew contacts the customer for approval before proceeding.
• Drop-off and pick-up are near Harwood & Jervis in Vancouver’s West End.
• The exact address is shared only after the appointment is confirmed.
• Service is limited to selected Gaggia, Saeco, De’Longhi, and Philips home espresso machines.

Repair warranty

Repairs performed by Fix My Brew are covered by a 90-day warranty starting from the date the machine is picked up.

The warranty covers the parts replaced and labour performed as part of the original repair. If the same issue returns within the 90-day warranty period and is related to the original repair, Fix My Brew will inspect and correct the issue at no additional labour charge.

The warranty does not cover unrelated failures, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, scale or water-quality related issues, or problems involving components that were not part of the original repair.

Any additional parts or repairs unrelated to the original service will be quoted separately.
