How It Works

Home espresso machine repair, by appointment

  1. Tell us what is happening. Send the machine brand, model, symptoms, and photos or video when available for a remote pre-assessment.
  2. Book your appointment. Pay the $120 CAD diagnostic deposit and schedule an appointment-only drop-off near Harwood & Jervis in Vancouver’s West End.
  3. We diagnose and repair. The deposit is applied to the final repair total. If the total is $300 CAD or less, the repair proceeds without additional approval.
  4. Approval when required. If the expected total exceeds $300 CAD, we contact you before proceeding.
  5. Pick up your machine. Pick-up is by appointment from the same West End location.
