Confirm eligibility
Send the brand, full model number, symptoms, photos, and video. We confirm whether the machine is suitable for mail-in service.
Purchase the allowance
Add the $70 CAD shipping and packing allowance to your cart. This starts the packing-kit and logistics process.
Receive the packing kit
We send a box, protective insulation, and instructions for draining, securing, and packing your equipment.
Ship the machine
Follow the instructions, attach the arranged label, and hand the package to the carrier. Shipping risk remains with the customer.
Diagnosis and repair
The $120 diagnostic deposit is applied to the repair total. Standard labour is $170 CAD plus parts. We request approval when the total exceeds $300.
Test, document, and return
We test and document operation. Repair and any outstanding shipping balance must be paid before the machine is shipped back.

Important shipping terms
The $70 CAD amount is an allowance, not a quote or fixed shipping price. The customer pays actual outbound and return shipping. Any overage or credit is reconciled on the final invoice. Fix My Brew supplies packing guidance and coordinates logistics but is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage while the machine is in transit. Courier coverage may be purchased where available.
Completed repairs include a 90-day service warranty, subject to the repair policy.
