Fix My Brew provides independent De’Longhi espresso machine repair for residential customers in Vancouver and Metro Vancouver. We service selected manual and automatic De’Longhi machines, including models in the Dinamica, Magnifica, La Specialista and ECAM families.

How De’Longhi service works

Use the repair request form on this page. The De’Longhi brand is preselected, so just add your exact model, describe the issue and enter your contact information. A $100 promotional diagnostic deposit applies and is credited toward approved repair work. If the expected total repair cost exceeds $300, approval is requested before proceeding.

Pickup and delivery can be arranged within Metro Vancouver at the customer’s expense. Canada-wide mail-in repair arrangements are also available for eligible machines.

Parts and repair experience

Fix My Brew repairs espresso machines and stocks selected replacement parts. When a part is required, availability and cost are confirmed as part of the repair process.

90-day service warranty

Completed repair work includes a 90-day service warranty from pickup, subject to the repair warranty terms and the original repaired issue.
